Concrete and reinforced concrete products

Our company manufactures standard and bespoke concrete and reinforced concrete structures and products.

The quality of Tilsta UAB products is ensured by:
– Production Quality Control Certificate No SPSC-8779 for modular structural reinforced concrete elements used in the construction of bridges and viaducts;
– EC Production Quality Control Certificate No 1397-CPD-0353 for modular structural reinforced concrete elements of bridges.

The company has a capacity of up to 20,000 m3 of concrete mix per year. Tilsta UAB is one of few companies capable of manufacturing special certified concrete mixes of high strength (up to C45/C55) that are characterised by especially high environmental resistance (W2/W6 hydraulic concrete and frost resistant concrete F50/F300). This concrete was used to construct the vaults for the Bank of Lithuania and elsewhere.

Metal structures

At our fabrication facility, the most advanced structural ideas are transformed into high quality products.

Tilsta UAB manufactures various bespoke metal structures and products: expansion joints, railings and other steel structures for bridges and viaducts as well as reinforcement cages of various complexity and dimensions for pilings, monolithic concrete structures, and other reinforced concrete products.

The company employs highly skilled welders capable of performing arc welding to the strictest international standards and has implemented a steel structure production quality system in accordance with the LST EN 1090-1:2009+A1:2011 ir LST EN 1090-2008+A1:2011 standards.
